SWAG Proxy AGM - Voting Form

Completed forms must be received by Friday 5th March 2021.

Completing the form means that you duly appoint the Chairman to act as your proxy at the postponed 2020 Annual General Meeting and to vote on your behalf as indicated by the marked boxes below.

You need not indicate how your proxy should vote if you are content to leave it to the chairman’s discretion. For example, if you leave any of the resolutions unmarked you would give the chairman the power to vote as he sees fit on that resolution.
