Public Meetings are a time for all in the village of Sway to catch up with SWAG's recent activities and to meet other volunteers and supporters. The Trustees welcome views on possible new areas needing SWAG's support.
There are two public meeting per year, held in May and November with the latter being the AGM.
Meetings are usually held in the Church Rooms. Look out for details of dates and times on Notice Boards, in Sway News and on social media.
Postponed 2019/20 AGM – Owing to the ongoing Covid-19 emergency the postponed 2019/20 AGM was held by proxy online with a nominal date of 5th March 2021. No comments or questions were submitted by members. The results of the voting are published in the minutes of the Most Recent AGM below.
